Introducing Imprima’s fresh new look…

Rebrand Blog Thumb

Gary McKeown – Group Managing Director

You might notice a few changes at Imprima over the next few weeks as we roll out our new brand identity to the world.

We’ve shaken things up, by introducing a new logo, releasing an even more intuitive Imprima’s Virtual Data Room interface and by launching an exciting and fresh new corporate website. Our new identity links our proud past to our present and sets a clear direction for our journey well into the future.

We’ve worked diligently over the last few years to make sure that Imprima meets the real customer needs for highly secure data rooms. Whilst organisations are becoming increasingly intertwined into the digital world, we wanted to ensure that our new look articulates our customer commitment that when the stakes are high, you can really trust us.

Don’t worry though, while our brand has undergone an evolution, we haven’t changed what we stand for. These improvements are designed to reflect who we are: The leading Virtual Data Room provider, with the most secure, reliable and easy to use technology in the industry.

If that’s not enough, our service and support teams constantly go the extra mile to help clients working on an M&A, capital raising, portfolio management, or any other transactional process to get the most complex deals completed.

Trusted to handle over $1 trillion-worth of transactions in over 160 countries, we know that when it comes to making a deal, time and confidentiality are critical. Preserving the privacy and security of business-sensitive data has always been in our DNA and today is delivered successfully via our market leading Virtual Data Room platform.
