The Project

Stelliant, a French-based insurance services provider, has acquired AAD Phenix, a France-based company engaged in providing repair and other after-disaster services, from Arcole Industries SA, a France-based company engaged in recovery and rehabilitation of underperforming and insolvent companies, for an undisclosed consideration.

The transaction will enable Stelliant to enrich the service offered to private and professional customers via its subsidiary GEOP in the field of Repair in Nature. It will also enable Stelliant to expand its range of services being offered to the customers.

The Challenges

Project Management (Documentation, Users, Permissions) as this was their first data room.

The Solutions

Imprima uploaded the initial documentation and processed every documents updates (emails).
As this was the first VDR for the Deal Management team, we spent lot of time to provide guidance and technical support (blocked invitations, slowness while using Drag&Drop due to their IT policy).
Large Excel files with dynamic watermark (to be downloaded by users). We had to check and reprocess the Excel files after every upload.
Express password protected USBs provided within a day. Archives have been fully processed by Imprima Paris in the morning for a delivery in the afternoon.
