Cirio has advised ENERCON when divesting regulated grid company Markbygden Net Väst AB to Ellevio. The grid is planned to connect wind farms with an aggregate capacity of 1,700 MW to the transmission system when fully built out. Imprima’s Virtual Data Room was used to facilitate the project.
