Otto Korsukéwitz GmbH, part of the Hase-Gruppe, has acquired Esmeyer, a mail-order specialist in catering supplies, to expand its market reach and increase the group’s external revenue to €80 million. Imprima Virtual Data Room was used for the transaction.
