Groupe JVS, backed by CAPZA and Bpifrance, has acquired French software editor Abelium Collectivités, which has been rebranded as Familea. This acquisition of a €7M revenue, 1,700-client firm expands Groupe JVS’s product offering and increases its total revenue to nearly €50M. Imprima’s VDR was used for the transaction.
