We switched away from Datasite to Imprima and are happy about that move. Datasite was way to expensive in relation to what we need. We did one complete deal now with Imprima and there was no feature that we were missing, for a fracture of the price of datasite.

Echo Investment used Imprima’s Virtual Data Room for the sale of Libero, a shopping centre in Katowice – the largest single-asset retail transaction of the year in Poland. The building was acquired by Summus Capital, for a value of EUR 103 million.

Imprima is fully ISO 27001:2022 certified, and this covers our entire business (unlike some providers, who’s certification only covers data centres).
All data is stored in EU locations (both primary and back up) meaning full legal protection under EU regulations – the world’s most stringent data protection laws.
Imprima’s VDR platform is underpinned by Microsoft Azure storage services, and therefore fully encrypted using 256-bit AES and TLS 1.2 encryption (at rest and in transit).
We are constantly working on the protection of information assets and sensitive data, by implementing appropriate risk assessments, policies and controls, including half-yearly ISO 27001 audits by independent auditors.
