Role Summary

Our development team is expanding and requires an experienced Tech Lead who is a passionate technologist and communicator. You will also be hands-on taking a Front-end lead position working closely with our backend technical Lead.

We need someone who is a good team motivator and Agile evangelist. In line with this, we are looking to move away from a hybrid Agile/Waterfall model to a solid Scrum Agile environment. Implementing this, you will keep in mind our greater business aims to reduce workflow, feedback loops and ensure all ceremonies are adhered to. Day to day, we do not expect you to manage team members from a HR point of view, however, we do expect you to have a hand in the ownership of the overall Scrum Agile process.

You will be working with a team of highly experienced software developers focusing on enhancing the UI and UX to improve user experience. In addition to that, you will build new features to enhance process work flows and will have potential exposure to Information Retrieval using AI/ML

Requirements

Joining Imprima as a Tech Lead, you will have a strong Engineering background within a full stack .NET role, including a strong knowledge, specifically around .NET MVC.
Given the transition and restructure we are going through now, it is essential that joining us, you have previous experience with Scrum Agile processes.

As part of the restructure we are going through, you will be working closely with our QA Lead, with the aim to increase automation. To do this effectively, you will have used CI tools like TeamCity, TFS or Jenkins and have an opinion of your preferred tools within a .NET environment.

You will and have at least 5 years’ experience with development of n-tier enterprise architecture solutions using Microsoft technology stack:
• At least 5+ years’ experience in C# MVC
• ASP.NET Webforms (.NET 4) (Including migration to MVC)
• Backend technologies - WCF, L2S / Entity Framework, SQL Server
• Telerik ASP.NET MVC controls experience highly advantageous
• Visual Studio 2015
• TFS source control system
• Experience working within an agile environment.
• You have a keen interest in new technologies and how you can implement them to current projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with team members, Director and stakeholders
Experience in the following is advantageous:
• Exposure to multilingual websites (i18n and l10n)
• Working in an ISO27001 environment
• Search Systems / Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence (Azure, Algorithms etc...)
You will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and most importantly, can self-organise as part of the Agile mind set.

You will be joining a growing team (currently 13FTE), including the Head of Technology, and need to demonstrate collaboration and team building.

Marketing Careers

Role Summary

We are looking for a Digital Conversion Specialist to become an essential part of our Group Marketing Team. The person joining us will be expected to drive revenue growth through several PPC campaigns, as well as plan, test and execute CRO and SEO programs across our web, social media and email channels.

He/she will be managing AdWords and CRO campaigns against aggressive growth targets for our European markets, The United States & Australia - and report on them.

Day-to-day responsibilities further include keyword research, opportunity analysis and tactical bidding, as well as active involvement in building and execution of content strategy to support SEO value.

The Digital Conversion Specialist will need to have a data-driven mind-set, with proven track record on managing SEA campaigns within highly competitive (ideally B2B) market segments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute AdWords and CRO campaigns globally
Manage and execute SEA campaigns
Keyword research, opportunity analysis and tactical bidding
Building and execute content strategy for SEO value
Building and optimizing landing pages and advising on website content
Constant research and based on results optimize conversion funnel

Requirements

Bachelor or University degree OR excellent proven track record of 3-5 years with Google AdWords; Experience within B2B IT is a significant plus
At least 3 years of full-time experience with AdWords (preferable agency background)
Track record with building CRO campaigns
Hands-on experience with web, SEO, social media, lead generation
Hands-on and can-do mentality experience within marketing demands
Basic understanding and experience with HTML & CSS is preferred
Experience with WordPress, or other CMS systems and website editors is preferred
Creative brain, combined with data-driven and conversion thinking
Excellent command of English, other languages are a plus
Ability to work independently, and have good time management skills
Be a fast learner & have affinity with B2B IT products and technical environments and teams
