Imprima appoints new non-executive directors to its Board in order to support its future growth and development
Imprima Group, a leading provider of virtual data rooms and financial communication services, is pleased to announce the appointment of four non-executives to its Board of Directors. The non-executives have extensive private equity experience, as well as being successful entrepreneurs in technology and financial services. The Non-Executive Directors will consist of Lukas Kolff (Chairman), Arco van Nieuwland, Pieter van der Made and Robert van Heeren. They will join the existing Board of Frank Goovaerts (CEO), Stephen Pusey (COO) and Anthony Goodwin (CFO)

Lukas Kolff is the founding partner of Bowline Capital Partners (www.bowlinecp.com), an advisory and principal investment boutique, which also uses its own funds to co-invest in interesting opportunities in growth and private equity, as well as debt investments. Before Bowline, Lukas was a partner at Apollo Management, a leading global alternative asset manager.
Arco van Nieuwland is the co-founder and shareholder of Exact Holding N.V. (http://www.exact.com/ quoted on EURONEXT), a business administration software company that operates across the world. In 2007 Arco founded Yuki.nl, a software as a service (SaaS) company that offers online accounting and general business administration services.
Pieter van der Made has over 25 years' experience as an entrepreneur. He co-founded Jason Geosystems and became its CEO, building Jason into a highly-successful international software company for the energy and petroleum sector, with offices in 10 countries, and all major international oil companies as clients. In 2002 Pieter sold Jason to Fugro N.V. and continued as CEO of Fugro-Jason for a number of years. Since then Pieter co-founded OTM Investments, an independent technology investment company (http://www.otminvestments.com/). Pieter is currently OTM's managing director.
Robert van Heeren has been an investment manager with HAL Investments, a quoted investment company, since 2001. During the past 10 years Robert has worked on several transactions in a wide range of industries and geographies. Robert was based in Shanghai for three years and is the chief representative for HAL in China. In addition to holding the board position at Imprima, Robert is a supervisory board member at Red Star Optical, an optical retailer in Shanghai, and at FSC, a flight simulator pilot training provider in the Netherlands.
