Versioning
iDrafts keeps everyone on the latest version. It sends out an email to let the team know there’s an updated version or a specific task assigned to them. Version control is managed in the online workspace: minor versions for the drafting team, major versions for the co-ordinator. Old versions can be made uneditable, but still downloaded as pdfs. This way, the team stays on the same version of your important document.
