HAL Investments is one of a growing number of private equity firms using Imprima iRooms for portfolio management and company exits. Based in Rotterdam, HAL Investments has a range of approximately 20 different companies in its portfolio, including optical retailers, shipping companies and technology businesses. It is the European investment subsidiary of HAL Holding N.V., an international investment company based in Curaçao. All shares of HAL Holding are held by HAL Trust and form the Trust's entire assets. When PwC Turkey (PricewaterhouseCoopers) was appointed as lead financial advisor on an M&A deal involving Turkish packaging and printing company Asaş Ambalaj Baski ve Ticaret A.S. UniCredit launched a strategic review of the Pioneer Investments business in May 2010. The iRooms VDR operated between December 2010 and April 2011 and provided access to more than 400 individual users.
